I had a very good experience at DoctorsNow. Booking the appointment and being able to fill out the registration forms online saved a lot of time. The man at the front desk was extremly nice and helpful. My daughter was seen by Allison Shull. Allison was so kind and provided very good information regarding my daughter's illness. I highly recommend DoctorsNow in West Des Moines.
Very friendly service and waited not even five minutes on a Sunday early evening. Unfortunately, my health problem needed a more thorough imaging, so the nurse practitioner only prescribed an antibiotic and steroid as a likely remedy.
Staff at Doctors Now was very kind and friendly. I was being seen, but had to bring my toddler daughter. She was treated with respect instead of being seen as a nuisance. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Tracy Drinkard who listen to my concerns and helped to find a solution for my needs. She was also sensitive to and respectful of my time.
