My mother had made previous arrangements for her cremation with Kevin. When the time came I called and they were so very helpful. They answered all my calls and e-mails so very promptly. When I went to pick up the ashes they were so very kind and professional and have checked in with me a few times to see how I am doing with the loss and sadness .
