Outstanding massage. These folks are licensed by the state of Iowa and the city of West Des Moines, and it shows. They know a number of techniques and perform them with professional skill and enthusiasm. One important note: They've only been in service since the beginning of 2024. Before that, this business was owned and operated by others under the name of Green Bamboo. Their reviews were terrible and they were out of business for over a year, so any reviews prior to 2024 should not be attributed to New Life.

My massage at New Life Massage was wonderful. I have a bad back that tightens up. The staff understood my concerns and spent extra time on my back. I felt like a new man after the massage. I highly recommend.
