Their response was quick and fixing the issue took about 5 minutes. I know to other people my issue (leaking a/c unit in basement) may seem like a small one but when you don't know what is wrong it's a big deal. I had the pleasure of meeting Rob and he was fantastic. Thank you Rob for you time, expertise and courtesy.
