Walmart Patio & Garden Services

I'm not a negative person. I do not normally shop @ this store. And never will I again due to a CSM named Joy. I located on my cell a Christmas toy that was discounted on the Walmart site. That same price was NOT on the shelf price sticker. I proceeded to customer service for assistance in this matter. While @ the CS desk Joy could not find the same item on her cell phone, and would not honor the discount that I had found on my cell. I asked her if I needed to go ahead and order the item, that was already in my cart, for free pick up in store? She basically told me to 'do what you need to do'. No assistance whatsoever!
