From initial appointment to the aftercare, the office was clean and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. I am a basket of nerves when it comes to dental work and they definitely made it easy to go into the procedure relaxed and knowing I was in good hands.
We have a bit of a drive to go to Burlington Oral Surgery (about an hour and 45 minutes) but we will not go anywhere else. They are the best. From the office staff, billing, nurses and Dr. Schmitt. They are all amazing. They have taken care of my son and me and couldn't ask for a better group of people to take care of us. THANK YOU ALL!!
I was not happy about having to go to an oral surgeon to have a tooth extracted, but had I known about the good service and quality of service given here, I would not have hesitated! The staff and Dr. Schmidt were all very helpful and cordial, answered all my questions, and scheduled my procedure as soon as possible! The procedure itself was not stressful and went very quickly, attesting to the doctor’s experience! I would not hesitate to have any procedure with this office!!
