I am out of state and have ordered flowers from Flower Cart in the past for family who live in Webster City. They have always been friendly and helpful and the arrangements are beautiful. This time I talked with Julie and she was very helpful and polite, as they have been every time I’ve ordered from them. I highly recommend them.
I have always used the flower cart for my flower deliveries. The flowers are always beautiful and last a long time. The design of the bouquets match the people I have them delivered to. Tim takes time to get to know his customers, their personalities, and the space the flowers are going to.
