I did not have that same experience my dog was pretty much dying on the way there my daughter's boyfriend handed her to me and said I might as well say my Goodbye to her and I said no but I'm not gonna and I drove from Fairfield to Wayland Doc met me there at night and he kept her overnight and he called me in the morning and she made it through morning and he kept her for the weekend and she made it through I don't know how but I'm gonna give the credit to Doc I do agree that I think the way she answers the phone is very rude with people and I think that he should hire somebody else that has better customer service.

On Aug 4th this vet made time for our sick dog. We were traveling from Wisconsin to Missouri and our dog was continuing to throw up from the night before. Not being from the area we were calling all the vets that we could find and all would not fit us in because we didn’t have an appointment. However this vet did. The staff was amazing, caring, and friendly. They gave our dog a shot and he did not throw up after it. Thanks for squeezing us in and helping us with our sick dog when sooooo many other vets around the area would not.
