After getting a very bad haircut from smartstyle I went in hoping my hair could be fixed and I was thrilled with the way it turned out! Linsey was so knowledgeable about how to fix my hair and it turned out exactly the way it should have when I went to smartstyle! Janice was very helpful also with suggestions on how to fix it as well! Two thumbs up I'm so happy with the way it turned out!

Friendly staff who are willing to listen and take your ideas into consideration. They are very reliant on the app check-in and it seems walk-ins who don't use it are looked down upon and treated differently.

Great experience! I checked in on the app. There was an hour wait but since I checked in on the app, I didn't have to sit in the salon waiting my turn. I just did some house work until it was time to head over. Then I got a stylist, Heather, who did phenomenal work! She helped me get the look I wanted and made me feel much better with my new do!
