Crystal Heating, Plumbing and Excavating

I had this company come out to my home earlier this year because when i have my heat on in the home, it automatically shuts off and blows a fuse when it hits 61 degrees. and because i have to go into the basement and change wires over from heat to AC depending on the time of year. I called Crystal heating and cooling because a friend recommended them. Brandon Knipper came out to my place. I turned the AC on and it ran. It didn’t shut off while he was there. He was at my place for 2 hours. In those two hours he was talking on his phone most of the time. At the end of the two hours he told me there are a lot of wires that are loose and I needed a new electrical strip that he will look into getting. I am handicap and it is extremely difficult to get in the basement. I have to go down there and switch wires over from the heat to air and back depending on the time of the year. Brandon did state he would fix all of this. A week later he called me and asked if the air conditioner was running still. I told him it was. The call ended. I called him back a few days later and if he got the electrical strip, and when he was going to fix the rest. He said, “I talked to you last week and you said it was running so I’m not fixing the rest” i wrote them a letter and Brandon called and said he told me all these things that he put in his report that he never said to me. He said he will come out and not charge me to look at the unit. We will see how that goes and i will update this so you know. They billed me for two years and i was forced to pay the for no services rendered. 160.00 for Brandon to come out and talk on his phone for an hour and a half and still not one person has gotten the heating element to fix my air and heat. They left a handicap person, basically trapped in their home with no heat and air for two years

Sold me a defective new AC unit in 2018. Every year had trouble with unit. Paid a ton to fix until last year then enough is enough. They still won’t stand by product they sell. I have spent over 20k with them for new AC/furnace and repairs to my sewer. You would think they would try and help but nope. Stay Away!!

Horrible experience they were to do some work on a house I was selling. Got quoted in person at a certain amount and told it was a high quote it would come in well under that. Got the bill and it was for over the quoted amount. They had two guys working they’re all day part of the day I was there and they said they were told they had all day to do it so they were in no hurry. I got billed 173 dollars an hour for 9 hours for two guys to screw off. Horrible business and very unprofessional would not recommend to anybody. Seems they like to change they’re quotes and not do anything about it.
