We are so very pleased with Chad and team and the fantastic work they did on our new walk out basement near Harpers Ferry. Chad helped us from start to end . He provided his expertise to help us select the best positioning on our sloped lot and was very patient and responsive to our multiple questions. It was fascinating to watch he and his crew prepping the site and pouring. We are looking forward to more work with Chad on future projects and strongly recommend Kelly Concrete.

This spring we hired Kelly Concrete to put in a 40'x42' basement with a 40'x28' attached garage. Over the winter we were going back and forth with options of what we wanted and they were great about letting upfront pricing and letting us change things to save money here and there without guilt. Then when it came time to start and there was no time wasted! It was like our home was their priority and it was done very quickly.
