Ms. Kleinschmit is patient, understanding, observant and very well trained, with a Clinical Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. She has shown an understanding of not only the routine exercises, but what allowances have to be made for previous disability. Not only does she show and describe the exercises, but provides clear printouts of the exercises to take home.The physical therapy room is well set up. Insurance billing is very efficient. The office staff has been very polite. The waiting area is kept clean, neat and well lit.I am extremely pleased with the process and know that I can trust Ms. Kleinschmit.“

“To the Team at Exemplar Care — and especially to Megan, We had an emergency with our three-year-old son. As a nurse with too much knowledge of what our healthcare system looks like today - these moments are filled with panic. One ER had a 3–4 hour wait, and we didn’t have that kind of time. Desperate, I booked an appointment with Exemplar Care in West Des Moines, hoping for any kind of help. Within minutes, a nurse named Megan called me. She gently confirmed what I already feared — our son needed emergency care. Through tears, I told her I knew. I just didn’t know what else to do. Megan didn’t end the call or brush me off. She listened. She heard the fear in my voice and said, “Hold on — let me make a few calls.” And she did. She called me back shortly after and said, “I spoke to Blank’s ER triage nurse. They know you’re coming. Go now — they’re waiting for you.” Megan didn’t have to do that. But she did. She didn’t follow a script — she followed her heart. “Garrett up at the front desk was very upbeat and helpful. While waiting for my appointment I believe I was asked by four people if I had been helped. It was my initial appointment. The assistant was very nice and explained everything and the Dr took the time to go over my scans and asked if we had any questions.“

“Dr Martin is superb a long with several other general cardiologists(the mid levels are excellent as well. I can not speak for the vascular side, I’ve never been, and the electrophysiologist are the best in the US in my opinion!
What I can speak to the heart rhythm side, I’ve had to make several calls , they even had me preregistration for a telemed last week , automated telemed confirmation, and I’ve had to call twice today- the front office gals was like yes we have you for telemed. I receive through the portal that in order to see this electrophysiologist that I have to come in tomorrow from over 2.5 hrs away in middle of snow/ice storm we are supposed to get or on Friday still more storm coming smh. I told the other ep scheduler no I can’t do that and or just find a hotel room drop of hat. She L says maybe S was mid informed ; yet they haven’t been doing telemeds for some time. I said you all need to communicate this to the patients and not the day before in the afternoon

Again they rotate front office staff regularly. There is a rude front manager and she is awful
Otherwise I would give this place a 10 out of 10.
