Went into Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they got me in and out within 25 minutes. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I’ve been to all the Jiffy Lube locations in town, and all of them provide great service.

I usually go to the south Des Moines location but chose the Waukee location today as it’s near work. I was incredibly impressed at how fast the service was! And the gentleman was friendly and thorough. I’ll never go back to the south side location again, even though it’s near home.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change and a cover gasket replacement. The service was professional, and the staff explained what needed to be done in a clear way. I appreciate the efficient work.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the oil change and labor were a little overpriced. However, with coupons, the total cost was reasonable. Overall, I’m satisfied and would return for future maintenance.
