The techs (Albert) are really great to deal with however, the customer service is yet to be desired in the office. They was one EXTREMELY rude lady in the front office. Another told me I needed to call back a month from now to schedule an appointment for a problem that I have right now. I understand understaffing but again, why isn't customer service a priority? They have been very difficult to work with.
This place is number one in my book they came out and took care of our pest problem with the highest level of care. When it looked like we still had a problem they came out and did a very expensive treatment on my house at no charge to me. I worked directly with a manager who decided to come out and visit my home personally. Thank you so much guys for all you do you have a customer for life and I will make sure my family and friends come to you. Thanks again!
