The whole staff worked so hard cleaning up and getting rid of everything that was affected by the backup of sewer and water in my basement. The Restoration Manager, Jeremiah Pates, kept me informed about everything that was going on. All staff were so friendly and helpful. They also made sure the things that were salvageable were taken back to their office and cleaned thoroughly. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. I had a house fire that was a .5 on the Richter scale but for me it was a 10. While there was not any structural damage there was smoke damage and soot covered everything! When Brett showed up to assess the project his reassuring smile and confidence immediately made me feel better and that this mess could be cleaned up! Autumn, Jen and Shelea did a great job with the cleaning. Dillon made the carpets and furniture look like new. The painters (Iowa Walls) and furnace/duct cleaners (Rogers) he contracted with were outstanding, The communication was top notch. They worked directly with my insurance so that made my life easier. Great organization.
