The process of registration on your phone is nearly impossible you have to go to the office then the process gets longer waiting in line to receive help in filling the paperwork BUT once you receive the help you can get through it.I think the state wants it that way so you will give up on process and not file.. BUT dont give up its your money total process can be between 2.5 & 4 hours depending on how many people are there..good luck

They need to allow you to file a claim at all times the website always crashes i just want my measly wages for being unemployed for a christmas break stop making it so hard we have jobs were not living off of you.

As I have a autism disorder and function well within society. I appear confused and have panic. The staff at the Iowa Workforce site on University Ave. In Waterloo has as a unit helped me help myself. I am both humble and grateful. Please thank them for me.
