We had the most rippled carpet purchased and installed by Lowes. Paul Lis and his partner were polite and very considerate. We are senior citizens and Paul moved and returned all our heavy furniture after picking up and vacuuming. They restretched our living room and 2 bedrooms. We will be recommending Floor de Lis to our friends.

From the first time walking into the store until completion of our floors we had a wonderful experience. They gave us a time line and when anything changed they let us know( they were able to install sooner). We are very pleased with our new floor.

Micheal just finish putting in the carpet in our living room, with eight foot long stirs, open below. He did an AMAZING job. Very knowledgeable about what he does. We asked he a millon question and never got inpatient with us. He is very calm which is a plus with me, it was my first time putting in new carpet. He got it done in a timly manner. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Abby also was very patient with me and know what carpet sample to send me. I don't live in Waterloo and she work with me. Top Notch service on both sides.
