Saturday 8 PM - Very kind person from answering service took my call and documented my concerns. Shortly after that James from Drain Doctor in Waterloo called me. Explained he was finishing a project, then would head to my place. About an hour later he called me again saying he would arrive in 15 minutes, and he did. James was extremely respectful, professional, understanding, and caring. I stood beside him, and he thoroughly explained everything as my basement floor drain was plugged with standing water that had backed-up into the drainage tile around my house resulting in some wet spots in my basement. Superior service at a fair price. My basement floor drain was backing up. I couldn't use any plumbing on the first floor of my house without flooding the basement. I tried several things on my own with no luck on clearing the clog. I called on Monday morning and by 10:30 am I had a technician at my house. Tyler was professional, polite and efficient. In 45 minutes he had my plumbing clear and moving again. $135 was worth the fix!
