My son needed to be seen for possible broken finger. Our PCP wasn't going to be able to get him in to be seen until December and UP Urgent Care noted the were only taking walk-ins when we called, only to show up and be told they weren't taking anymore patients. So I called, CV Primary Care, to see if walk-ins were still being takrn to be told yes to come and they would get us in to be seen. We walked in, registered, and were taken back in a timely manner. The staff were GREAT from getting checked in by Courtney to being seen by Jamie Foster. This will be our go to from now on for our urgent needs.
My husband was without a primary care physician and needed seen right away as he was experiencing severe stomach pain. Cedar Valley Primary Care offers walk-in services and was able to see my husband right away. Dr. DeFord saw my husband in a very timely fashion and quickly diagnosed an urgent medical condition. He and Dr. Poock went out of their way to make sure that the next medical specialist would see him as soon as possible. Both doctors and their staff had excellent bedside manner. We appreciate their sense of care and urgency as we feel they helped us avoid what could have been a major medical issue. I would strongly recommend Cedar Valley Primary Care & Walk-In Clinic if you are looking for above and beyond care!
My sons family doctor was not able to get him in for a few days so they referred us to Doctor Pooke. They were able to see us right away. The staff was all so friendly. Thank you for looking at Garrix toe and rumning labs!! I definitely recommended them!!
