The service was great because I didn't feel pressured. Austin was easy to talk to. He listened to me and he treated me with respect, which was great because it had me feeling like a person (not a number). Austin communicated with me and heard my concerns. I heard his smile and I am sure he heard my smile.
Alex was patient and diagnosed my PC remotely. It was determined that the computer was a POS mostly based on my initial diagnoses, and after running multiple tests on the computer himself I think we both came to the same conclusion. I have a new PC now and its up and running good. Thanks again Alex! A+, Tony C
