I would give this zero stars if I could. I had called looking for a plumber to unclog a toilet in a rental home in Cedar Falls. I had spoken to them about having this service completed and because the billing address was not in Cedar Falls he did not want to complete the work. When being spoken to, the man on the phone was rude, seemed very onery, and was talking to me as if the way I was answering his questions were not to his standards. He kept talking about how he did not want to do work for a "third party" of which this situation is not third party. Been waiting almost a month for them to come back and fix the giant mound of dirt they left in my front yard after digging for pipes and never finding them and to actually find the pipes and fix the problem they came out to fix in the first place but of course they had no issue coming back 2 1/2 weeks later to grab their tool they left behind and still couldn’t even do what they were supposed to do.

I do not recommend this business! I got in contact with them and they agreed to do plumbing task, however never showed up. I called multiple times 3 days in a row and they never answered or called me back. Very unprofessional. Save your time and go with another company!
