The service is great, however billing is an issue. The billing is done by McCloud pest in Chicago. Last year I didn't get any bills and finally called. The Waterloo office sent me copies of the 4 bills I owed. Now to get a bill, the tech has the Waterloo office send me an invoice. In May, I sent a check made out to McCloud and mailed to Waterloo office. They sent it on to McCloud. 1 month later check had not cleared. When I called McCloud they told me to call Waterloo and Waterloo told me to call Chicago. I finally spoke to Waterloo manager who couldn't be bothered to pick up a phone on this or billing. The techs (Albert) are really great to deal with however, the customer service is yet to be desired in the office. They was one EXTREMELY rude lady in the front office. Another told me I needed to call back a month from now to schedule an appointment for a problem that I have right now. I understand understaffing but again, why isn't customer service a priority? They have been very difficult to work with.

We live in an apartment building that uses Aable Pest Control 6 times a year per unit. In the 3 years we have been here there has always been issues with the crew sent out. The supervisor got into a verbal fight with my husband one time and I called and spoke with the owner Mike. He did nothing about it. He doesn't care about his customers all he cares about is the money. We are moving out of this apartment building and once we get our own place we will never use Aable Pest Control in our own home. They are the worse company in Waterloo. Just today they were back for their 6th time this year and gave attitude again. This whole year they haven't brought the dog... read full review
