Rangel Construction, L.L.C. is a highly recommended roofing and siding company that provides excellent work at reasonable prices. They are known for their courteous, timely, and professional service, as well as their ability to complete projects in a very timely manner while maintaining a clean work area. Customers are consistently pleased with the quality of work and the overall experience. Ivan and his crew have replaced part of the roof at a customer's home and the entire roof at their office. Both times, the work was done very quickly, and the quality was fantastic. Another customer was very pleased with the outcome and appearance of the reroofing project at their home residence. The installation crew was professional and hardworking. Customers highly recommend Rangel Construction for their roofing needs.
Ivan and his guys did my roof and siding. They did a fantastic job! Everything was do in a very timely manner and hit every expectation I had! He communicated very well with everything also! I'm a very picky person and I'm 110% satisfied with how everything turned out! I would recommend them any day!
Ivan got us a quote for a new asphalt shingled roof, we accepted and they began work when he anticipated starting (no waiting on our part). His crew worked diligently for two days (complete tear off, replaced sheeting, installed appropriate venting, picked up all trash and nails with a magnet, fixed my leaky chimney, and replaced shingles). What I really appreciated is they noticed a section of my gutters weren’t draining properly so they took the extra time to raise one end so the water flows now and doesn’t sit leaving stagnant water. His crew worked hard and were polite and professional around my family and I. Very happy with the final product.
We called Ivan to ask if he would replace our front steps. He can, measured, listened to what we wanted and returned in a couple of days with a diagram for the steps. Also a quote. We agreed with the quote and Ivan said he would get done sometime in the next two weeks. And he did. Said they would be here at 8:00 Monday and they were. Took down the old and put up the new. These are a lot safer for visitors. It wasn't a roof, but he was willing to do this for us. I would recommend him for any job.
