Love the maintenance service, and the add on for cleaning refrigerator coils, washer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal was a great addition to the fireplace maintenance visit. Technician was professional and helpful with suggestions for ongoing maintenance.

Our wash machine broke down over the weekend called Westside yesterday in my 1215. It was fixed just needed to be reset no parts no return trips boom these people are great have always taken care of my warranty work the answers the phone the guy that takes care of the parts and the servicemen That come out all top notch can’t ask for better people

I ordered a replacement LG deli drawer cover here, but couldn't for the life of me get the old one out. I brought the whole piece into the store to see if I was missing a special tool or something. The new young man at the desk and the owner were happy to help. It took a while to figure this cover out as it's fragile. The owner got it out and I was thrilled. New cover snapped in fairly easily.
Thanks for going above and beyond just to allow a customer to have a nice looking deli drawer cover without the huge expense of having a technician come to the home for a $25 part. ?
