First time to go here, off of a recommendation from a neighbor. We're more than a year after this shut down and STILL they wont allow you to go in with your dog. My dog wasn't current on rabies and with the situation he was in that day, i did not want to add that stress on his body. But they said "the law required it". And gave me no choice. I filled out paperwork and they took my dog in. I couldn't go in with him, I couldn't see the office, couldn't see how they handled my dog. I didn't know what he was choosing to inject him with. I did appreciate that dr anil came outside twice to give me updates, however he gave him an additional $50 shot that i did not okay and just had to pay for. After waiting they bring my dog back out and i had a $450 BILL!! Ive never in more than a decade paid that much in a visit for my dog. I felt taken for. This whole "let's be cautious/ you can't come in" seems too sketchy when I don't know the doctors or staff. The girl answering the phone was helpful and they got my dog in right away, but i was floored by the cost of one visit and the lack of consulting as the itemization of treatments grew and grew and I wasn't aware. Without going in and being with my dog i was not able to ask of the numerous other questions i had regarding his health.
