I work in commercial property management and I made the decision to switch over to Top Job when our prior cleaning company really dropped the ball. Kris made the emergency transition so smooth and painless. Not only have I been more than satisfied with the quality of cleaning in our buildings, but we have also gotten countless compliments from not only tenants, but visitors as well. Kris manages his team so well and is the most responsive and professional vendor I've worked with. His team cleans about 200,000 SF for us M-F and they never disappoint!
