He didn't pressure me to spend my money unnecessarily just to help his sales because he genuinely cares about the customer and the actual presence of a pest vs preventative care, he didn't take up my entire afternoon, yet managed to effectively do the assessment, educate me on the basics and get the job done. Excellent service, honest, fast, and genuine.

Lucas has done an amazing job the last few years. He’s always prompt, professional, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. He’s the reason we are, and will continue to be Terminix customers.
I am very happy with the service provided by Terminix. The technician is informed about the composition of the treatment; he text me when he was coming to my house, and followed up with a questionnaire about his services. He is trustworthy and kind to senior citizens like myself!
