We are two months into our new home and it has been exceptional. Everything was done exactly like we hoped and Tanzanite loading everything they’ve done into the app, we will always be able to locate necessary materials if anything ever happens. That actually came in really handy when we had a few marks on walls from moving in and were able to locate the paint color to touch it up and you’d never know. Really appreciate Tanzanite and our realtor James von Gillern for helping us find such an awesome home

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Tanzanite. We recently purchased one of their new two-story builds and then worked with designers to finish off the basement and add personal touches throughout the home. Can’t stress enough how attentive and professional they were from start to finish. We didn’t expect such personalized service in our price range but Tanzanite made us feel like we were special customers from the beginning. Since moving in 3-4 months ago, we’ve been more than impressed with the quality of the home, as well as the company’s responsiveness to our questions that have come up while settling in. There’s truly too many stories to write in one review but I’ll finish by saying that all of our family and friends that have heard about our whole experience have been completely amazed by the lengths Tanzanite goes for their customers. One of our friends have already signed on to build their next home with them. They are THAT good!
