Edit: I went back a couple weeks after my first appointment to pick up some product. The owner had just closed down the shop but opened it back up and stayed late to help me. Really wonderful customer service.

This was my first time at this salon. It’s been a while since I had a haircut and I was a little nervous. I have long, thick, curly hair and due to an illness last year, I lost a lot of hair. It literally fell out a clumps and became very dry and brittle.
I saw Kate and she was wonderful. The cut gave my hair new life. She gave me lots of advice on products and things I can do to help my hair get healthy again. It was rejuvenating and therapeutic experience....read full review

Everyone is amazing and the atmosphere is cozy; they often have a bowl of M&M's or seasonal candies and always a variety of beverage available; it's like visiting a friend's place; definitely a great environment for "you" time

Shop is always very neat and clean while everyone (even the other customers) have always been extremely friendly. The lady who does my hair is amazing and always does a great job making a haircut a fun activity rather than a chore. I highly recommend this shop and I don't think you'd go wrong working with any of the stylists.
