“Awesome experience! We were traveling in our RV and our dog developed a mouth infection. The front staff was so accommodating setting us up with an appointment. We arrived early, and they fit us into a cancelation. The vet was professional and knowledgeable, and we had medication in hand in under twenty minutes! What a fantastic experience-we can't thank all the staff enough! And the dog quickly recovered after a couple of days.“

“I've been using Smitten Kitten since I moved to Iowa in 2018. I've used both locations and have had nothing but the best experience every time! I have 3 long haired cats, and I take them every 3-4 months to get lion cuts. One of my cats is very sassy and even on the days that she is being non compliant, they are able to pull through and get it done. The workers are super friendly and you can tell they are so passionate about their jobs. They love cats! The store is always super clean and I enjoy getting to pet and play with the foster kitties while I'm waiting for my cats to be brought out to me. I'll never take my cats anywhere else. Smitten Kitten is the best cat grooming shop I've ever been to.“
