Dr. Pam, and the entire team and Northwest Veterinary Hospital, have taken excellent care of my dog, Lulu, while she's dealt with several very serious health issues. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, capable, responsive, and so kind to Lulu and me. The waiting room is never crowded, which makes it easier on Lulu to visit, the clinic is spotless, and we never have to wait to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Pam and Northwest Veterinary Hospital.
Dr Pam and her staff are so amazing and kind. I have had numerous emergency situations with my animals and the care and service they have offered honestly makes me want to cry because I am so grateful for them. There are cheaper vets, but there aren’t a lot of vets who will go to the grocery store to buy a variety of foods to try to get a sick cat to eat. I have been their client for almost 10 years and have always had excellent and caring service.
Extremely satisfied with my whole experience with this clinic and all the staff that work there. I'm terribly allergic to cats but they do such a good job of cleaning that my allergies have never been a problem there. The Vet is very easy to get in to see. I have been able to squeeze in between appointments on any given day with a last minute notice (dog urgency). I've been a customer with my two dogs there for over five years now and my dogs are always happy when we pull into the parking lot to see 'Dr. Pam'.
