I come here for tennis ? and yoga ?♂️ I love the cardio tennis and league. Upstairs has a lot of really cool machines that are very easy to use and understand for beginners, like me.

Great fitness club!!
Though on the pricey side, if you make use of the classes and kids club it's a great value. If you're just lifting or doing cardio, other area facilities do the job for much less.
But Lifetime is super clean, friendly, and quality, knowledgeable staff. Maintenance well done on equipment. Great group fitness programs and instructors!! Especially Lisa K, Shane, Ashley, Tori, Jessica, Ellyn, Tammie, Lori, I'm sure I'm missing many they are all great!!!

If you have children, then this is the best gym to go to. They have an amazing child care facility and staff. They have many fun classes your children can join. They take care of your children so you can focus on yourself and your workouts. We are sad to leave such a fun, welcoming facility for the whole family!
