I am very happy with PT even though it was only first session with therapy but Logan is great and very informative and I am able to have some more mobility with my arm and some pain relief from one visit. Very happy with results and I am referring all my friends and my husband to check this place out!! Well worth the time and very friendly and understanding of my issue with my arm.

I picked them because they focused on sports health and wellness. I am 63 and one day and intense pain in my arm and shoulder. I was unable to swim without a lot of pain. I went to Dr. Ladd. Within 6 weeks I was swimming 1 1/2 miles a day pain free. I was frustrated but they never let me give up. I am so grateful for what they did for me. Highly recommend going there. They listen and keep trying until they find out what works. Forever grateful. Thanks.

Kaizen has THEE. BEST. Staff.Josh helped me get better quicker than I imagined to do by myself.He was understanding of my lower back situation, listened attentively, and found common ground with me.He met me where I was at but challenged me to try harder than what I gave myself ability to. I am not pain free yet since I’m in my early stages of getting better but growing in functional movement is a total win for me.I can’t believe where I am at today with all the pain I have gone through for two years.I was referred to Kaizen and to see Josh. I’m so glad I followed through. I beat myself a little by not seeing him sooner.I will recommend Kaizen and Josh any day....read full review
