Absolutely horrible. If I could leave no stars, I would. Just randomly charging our account for “work”, that work being the tech eating lunch and milking the clock. No invoice, no receipt. Awful people, terrible customer service. Sadly this seems to be the norm with companies like this.

Awesome company to work for, managers are the best I ever had.Technicans are highly skilled and the work culture is definitely team based.Large loyal customer base which is a testimony to the service provided.

I would give a negative 10 if I could. First off they were deceptive regarding the repair cost, and they stated they would get overnight part replacement. The following week when we contacted the company, we were told the part had just been ordered that day and it would be another week minimum. The technician took our part so we didn't have the part number to try to find it on our own. I called back, asked for the part number and at first they declined to give it to me. Finally I was given the part information and called back again to their parts dept and was quoted almost half the billed price. $2100.00 later.
