Dry Cleaners near Urbandale

“In response to Abdul -- I have been frequenting this location for over 3 years now and the "Joe" you are referring to left this company before I began coming to Executive Cleaners. I know the current manager at the Urbandale store has never laundered a sweater/pullover shirt of mine unless the garment specifically says "Do Not Dry Clean." She is very attentive and genuinely listens to customer requests. Unfortunately, there are people that bring in clothing that was previously damaged elsewhere and try to get the items replaced or want store credit, etc. I'm not insinuating that you were, I'm just trying to convey that procedures and staffing have changed from several years ago, and this review is really no longer relevant. In my experience since 2019, if there is ever a question or concern, I have found it is appropriately addressed and resolved at this specific location.“

“I took a bridesmaid’s dress from the Greenfield Tornado and asked they do their best. The dress looked as if it had been stomped on with work boots & then rolled through the grass to stain it. It was returned in pristine condition. It looked like new. I tried to tip the woman. She refused. It was her gift to the tornado victim. Remarkable workmanship. Remarkable woman.“
