Dry Cleaners near Urbandale

“In response to Abdul -- I have been frequenting this location for over 3 years now and the "Joe" you are referring to left this company before I began coming to Executive Cleaners. I know the current manager at the Urbandale store has never laundered a sweater/pullover shirt of mine unless the garment specifically says "Do Not Dry Clean." She is very attentive and genuinely listens to customer requests. Unfortunately, there are people that bring in clothing that was previously damaged elsewhere and try to get the items replaced or want store credit, etc. I'm not insinuating that you were, I'm just trying to convey that procedures and staffing have changed from several years ago, and this review is really no longer relevant. In my experience since 2019, if there is ever a question or concern, I have found it is appropriately addressed and resolved at this specific location.“

“Very helpful staff! I needed a suit jacket and pants dry cleaned quickly, and after dropping off the items around 7 am, I got a text around 5 pm to let me know they were ready for pickup. They looked perfectly cleaned and the price was very reasonable. Same day pickup for dry cleaning was a life saver. Highly recommended place!“
