By far the best cryotherapy business in Iowa. But it isn't just cryotherapy, it is so much more. Take a tour and you are sure to be amazed at all the great services they offer and how much they truly care about YOU. Between the services and the staff, this place is top notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a more holistic way to heal, recover, and just feel better!

First time today - and officially hooked! Bridget and her staff are knowledgeable and passionate about healing the body holistically. Did the sauna session and wow, did I feel rejuvenated and detoxified! The package prices are totally worth it. I left feeling indescribable - it was THAT good. I highly recommend.
