This gentleman not only was very cordial, he fix my shoe on the spot (it was a sandal that needed a strap glued) and he refused letting me tip him. Old school hard worker, good at what he does. Highly recommend!!!
They do great work. This work is being done by a cobbler, and frankly, there are not many of these tradesmen left. He isn't friendly, but he isn't rude either, so don't get in a tizzy of he's not all sunshine and rainbows for you. I've been coming here for almost 20 years, and this guy has saved some of my favorite shoes. It's a one man show basically, and he's just getting older, so it's gonna take a minute. It's not Amazon, it's an aging craftsman. He does great work
My initial meeting of owner Jamie was 10/2/23 when I went there with a friend who had been happy with her previous repairs. He did repairs on my purse and I was very happy with the results. I shall definitely return should the need arise
