Amanda and her colleagues out of the Carroll IA office were very helpful and kind as they worked together with my wife to obtain a new CPAP machine. It was a confusing situation due to new health insurance coverage and Apria as our new CPAP provider . Once approved by insurance, they ordered right away and mailed it to our house with the settings already configured. A week later, things are going great and I am getting good high quality sleep each night! Thank you!
