Stay away from all Bisbee Income Tax locations including Mason City IA. They are severely unstable and incompetent. They have issues with accurately doing your taxes and if you speak out they will drop you as a client. The people working in the office are amateurs and do not have credentials run by a mom and pop who are behind on their tax codes. Absolutely stay far far far away from this place.
