Our Heat & Glo 25 year old fireplace had an issue with the pilot assembly. Lakes Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling ordered the part & James did a great job installing it! It is a treat to have our fireplace fixed before Christmas!
James was great! We had trouble with our heating system and he got the necessary parts and replaced them right away. He took the time to explain our system as we had just moved in to our house. He even explained the fireplace. Amazing service. Will use again!
Our furnace wasn't turning on and was getting quite chilly in the house. Called Lakes Plumbing Heating and Cooling and they did not disappoint. The receptionist was very friendly and did a great job communicating with us and getting things scheduled same day. The tech, Justin called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He figured out the problem pretty quickly and even showed us what the problem was. He cleaned everything, tested it and even helped fix the humidifier while he was here. Very impressed with how he went over and above to make sure we got up and going quickly and even checked and adjusted the gas flow coming in as it was too high! Ultimately...read full review
