Chair number 2 is really aggressive and filed my skin multiple times. I have never had an issue with this nail salon, and my nails have always turned out great but now I have a crooked nail and cuts on my hands. She was really really aggressive and got mad when I try to ask her to straighten out my nail, and it was just really rude, I will continue going back again But never again for that chair.

I love my nails. The lady did a very good job at making them look nice. She was fast which is good because I typically have a lot that I have to do during the day. However, she seemed to go fast because she was irritated with having to do my nails. She put both of my hands into one nail dryer just to save time. When she removed my hands she scraped my skin on the side of the dryer. Her attitude definitely DID NOT deserve the tip I gave her. But I honestly don’t care about the customer service as long as the quality is where it needs to be, and it is. I got my nails done here for my wedding. I got a full acrylic set, and they are perfect. The nail tech who did them adjusted the length perfectly, let me pick between three different Pearl nail polish options to make sure I got the perfect color for my wedding, and was very patient and friendly the entire time.Service: Acrylic nails
