My initial review of this company was one star, due to not receiving a quote in a timely manner (basically, I felt that I was being ignored). Following that posting, I was contacted by a rep for the company (not the same one who I dealt with before) who apologized and has since handled my requests in a timely and professional manner. I upgraded my review from one star to three stars. Because of the improved response, I contracted with this company for soffit and fascia work and the work was completed in September 2022. The work was done on timely and in a very professional manner; I have upgraded my review to four stars. I would consider using this company again.
Jon boye has been amazing to work with. He goes above and beyond in his work! He continued to communicate throughout the process. He answered all questions that we had, and he was one of the main reasons why we went with universal windows!!!
