Slowest ever takes over and hour for a simple drug test..

I need to do compliance paperwork for my travel nursing job about 3 times a year. I was scheduled to perform a fit test. This is to help the staffing crisis in the local ICU. First time I went the lady grabbed my face without my permission and said oh NO this is too stubbly. Mind you I just trimmed my whole beard and got it down to the lowest level which is nothing! I worked all night and had to wake up at halfway through to get this done. She was verbally disrespectful, rude, and I was kicked out and unable to finish.
