We got off to a rocky start. First time out the tech said he couldn't reach our house because the road was closed. It really wasn't closed at our street. Next try it rained, not their fault. They finally treated our lawn on the third try. Tech was very friendly. Now let's see if this service really works.

I was really happy with their service the first couple of years. However, I have more crabgrass than grass now and I have had moles really bad. I’m not even sure they put any grub preventer down at all this year. I have areas where they’ve never touched. I’m not 100% sure what they have done versus what they have charged me for.

I used a credit card and I am glad because I am disputing the last charge.

Great customer service! The tech always leaves a detailed printout of service and recommended follow up, like when to water. We also get the pest control and noticed a big difference with bugs in our yard.
