Mr and Mrs Dallen are wonderful working with kids. My 5 yr old son really enjoys going to every single class. He used to be extremely shy and Martial arts has really helped him to build up his confidence.
This is a great place to train Taekwondo. The instructors are amazing and the routines and work outs are properly designed to not be strenuous but specifically helping certain areas of the body. If you work out here you are going to get stronger, faster, more flexible and your going to have fun!
