The optometrist was professional, genuine care and most friendly. It was wonderful to have someone who cared and was so friendly. The lady I saw that helped me pick out my glasses was also very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had been at Target Optical before and didn't experience the professionalism and care by a young Optical Assistant. The lady that I saw today was older, more knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly and was able to multitask so much better than the younger woman. If the younger woman was there, neither my husband or I would have ordered glasses and just asked for the prescription and gone somewhere else.

I DREAD shopping for glasses, but I wanted to take advantage of my eye insurance benefits. I had my prescription from a different eye DR but went to Target Optical because Eye Med showed that there were some additional coupons that I could use at Target. I have never found glasses faster! And 2 frames at that! Andrea was great to work with! I was really torn between the 2 pairs and she took the time to see what the total cost would be if I got both. I’ll be returning here for future appointments

I was a little leery about leaving my regular eye doctor for a mega giant place like Target but with the discounts my insurance offered I figured I’d give it a try.That was years ago and I can’t image even thinking about anything else! These folks are GREAT! Amazing customer service, they always go WAY above and beyond and the low prices sure are nice too.
