“We had an old breaker short out and start to smoke in our shop area. The Fire Department was called and replied quickly, making sure everything was okay. Unfortunately, the board that was damaged was down for the count. This controlled the majority of our Garage Doors and Lifts. In other words. . . we were at a stalemate until a new board could be ordered, shipped and installed. We called Dave at Thompson Solutions and within minutes, (Not Exaggerating) we had a team of electricians looking into the situation. By 6:30 the same day, we had a brand new board and everything was updated and working great!!! I can't tell you how good it feels to know that there is this level of quality and customer service in our community!!

“We called Ward Electric last year to update some wiring and add in an additional breaker box along with the wiring and outside master switch for our new central air AC unit.
