“A little back story is needed to fully rate how AMAZINGthese people truly are... My family was affected by the flooding in Rock Valley and sadly the house where I stored my wedding dress was nearly completely destroyed 2 weeks before my wedding. Once able to retrieve my dress I took it out of the bag and it was devastating. It looked like I had rolled around in a pig pen. So I called to several places in Sioux Falls and they all told me they send their garments to Sioux City, in fact one gal actually gave me Marcy's name and the number to the store here and said call her, tell her your situation and maybe she will be able to do something for you. I did and Marcy and I agreed we needed to get my dress (and our best man's suit which was also in flood waters)to them immediately. So I made the hour drive to them. I was greeted by Diane, she was very sympathetic. She took our garments and never said that they would look off the rack perfect, but she did say they would do their best. I anxiously waited by my phone for 3 days and received a call from Diane that my dress and our suit was done and they were perfectly clean. So I went to pick them up and I couldn't believe my eyes. Both garments were perfect and beautiful. These ladies went above and beyond for us to make sure my wedding day would be as perfect as it could be. 10000/10 recommend Bush cleaners to anyone and everyone!
