Maria was great at making me feel comfortable during my first massage. I was a little nervous never having one on how it all goes but she explained everything wonderfully. I decided to try massage due to some compressed nerves that were causing numbness, tingling and pain in my hands and arms. Each session has helped greatly and after my 2nd session I started to feel a difference. Each session she has targeted a new area and had ideas on what to work on next. I would highly recommend Maria for anyone looking to get rid of some pain or who may be new to massage. Thank you Maria
