Ally is amazing! I've been to other esthetically for waxes, and Ally is by far the most thorough of anyone I've ever been to! She is quick and efficient, so kind and sweet. I worked in the medical field and always worry about cleanliness, but with Ally I never have anxiety about staying sanitary like I have with other waxers. She got me ready for my wedding - we played around with waxing vs dermaplaning; she came up with a plan to get me looking and feeling my best and is always so accommodating about changing up skin care (I have sensitive skin) when something seems to make my skin react. When we eventually move away from Sioux City, I will 100% drive over an hour to see her for my regular waxes still. 10/10 I would highly recommend Ally for any of your skin needs!

I am so thankful I stumbled across Liz in a wedding vendor group! She is amazing at what she does! I had her for both hair and makeup for my wedding recently and she was phenomenal! Everyone loved their hair and makeup! I got my makeup done around 11 am that day and it was still amazing by midnight - even through tears and sweat! Everyone was commenting on how great it still looked that night! Liz is also very friendly and professional and answered all my questions leading up to trial time and wedding day! Stylist: I didn’t get her name, but it seemed like it was the end of a long day for her. It was only 30 min before close. She appeared to be expecting and probably uncomfortable, BUT, she was so nice to my son & I. He's just about 13 and is starting to want no part of his mom’s hair advice. I like how she spoke directly to him to help understand what he was describing. She also was great about telling him what “most of the other kids his age” are using to style that cut. She just did a nice job relating to him and we finally left a salon feeling positive! Thank you!

After 4-5 years with my hair past my shoulders I decided it was time for a change. I was also really nervous since I hadn’t been to a salon/barber in YEARS. Mattie did such an amazing job at giving me exactly what I wanted along with her own thoughts about how I should style my new short hair. I hardly ever write reviews, but this one deserves it, I felt vulnerable going in, but in the end I’m glad I picked Headline in Sioux City.

IN LOVE! Took a chance on a nail place I’d never been too. I normally expect subpar nails and a mediocre service experience like most other nail salons I’ve tried. I was greeted right away, got to soaking off my old dip and just wanted plain-jane new dip. Until I saw the girl next to me getting amazing nails done. I opted to try gel instead which I had never done but always wanted to try, and I’m now a huge fan of! She did a phenomenal job, took her time, tried a design she hadn’t done before and nailed it. today i came to TDF for 2 stacked lobe piercings to fill in some space and i left so satisfied. Steve the piercer i believe who did it was so so nice and it overall was a really relaxing experience. he was a chill, very funny guy. i highly recommend coming here for any piercings needs and they are very reasonable on prices compared to other piercers!!

Find out that Skyler was finishing up on their last job but was willing to swing by! I know he wanted to get home, but his work ethic is outstanding! Steve and his assistant came right out to our house the day we called. MidAmerican had turned off our gas due to a leak. We needed a plumber to fix the leak. We called 4 other plumbers who never returned our calls. A friend recommended Steve's Beane Plumbing and I am glad we called them. They fixed it right away, were friendly, caring, and very professional. I will only use them from now on and I whole heartedly recommend them.
It was 7:00pm and we were leaving early the next day for an Iowa football game. I went to the basement only to discover water leaking from our water heater. This might keep us from our trip! I looked online and found Pearl Street Plumbing was on call 24 hours. The plumber came, took out the water heater and replaced it with a shiny, new one. It was was a tremendous relief! WOW! Morningside Plumbing was amazing! After making calls and never getting a response to other area plumbers, I tried to call Morningside Plumbing, expecting to get a voicemail. They picked up on the first ring! I had a few items that needed attention. A new water heater and shower faucet leak with handle replacement. Matt and Leon came to do those two items. They were extremely professional, clean and did a great job. They even went above and beyond and fixed our jacuzzi tub that hadn't worked for years. They were both AMAZING and SO friendly! Then Brooklyn came to blow out our kitchen drain. Again, courteous, professional and did a great job. He even took the time to explain that ours wasn't too bad but if we were to wait, it would have gotten worse. I recommend Morningside Plumbing 100%! THANKYOU!!!

We called Ward Electric last year to update some wiring and add in an additional breaker box along with the wiring and outside master switch for our new central air AC unit. They were kind, thorough, listened to our ideas and concerns (our house is older), arrived on time and with all the tools they needed.While here, my boyfriend’s dad called for their morning chat and heard the electrician was here and had some concerns about an electrical issue in the barn. As soon as the guys were done here they ran up to the barn to have a look at the issue. After enduring all was well and safe, they checked in with us and showed us the new electrical they installed.I hired them again and they showed up promptly this morning. They are going to install extra outdoor outlets and new lighting in our shop. We had an excellent experience yesterday at our appointment! The dentist took her time to answer all my questions about my daughters dental plan and referral. The hygienist was so, so great with my daughter. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and shared a lot of tips with her, and kept her engaged and calm enough throughout the appointment that she was able to follow directions. The hygienist explained things to her in a way she could understand and she walked away that day feeling like she had learned a lot about her teeth and how to keep them healthy. It's so hard to find a good dentist, it takes a lot of trust to let someone dig around in your mouth, let alone your child's. We struggled with dental hygiene in the past but I'm confident it will be less of an issue from here on out. I will always recommend these guys to anyone looking for dental care in the area!

We have taken our 3 dogs here since they were puppies. 2 lived to be 14 plus years old. And Otis is now 15 years old. The breeds were shitzu and maltichon is Otis. Dr. Steve is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to listen to what's going on with our babies. Thanks everyone for caring for them. Much appreciated. Friendly staff ta boot ♡♡

I took my 5 Shih-Poos to Karen after my other groomer kept canceling on me and wouldnt return a phone call (Critter Clippers). She is wonderful with my "kids". I like her process much better. My dogs were not as traumatized as with the other groomer. I was also very pleased with her prices. I know where they are going from now on. I wish I would have found her much sooner.
Janna does an amazing job with my morkie Chloe. I have been taking my dog to Janna for about 8 months now and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Critter Clippers!!

I was in town for 3 months and decided to get 2 massages from Maria for a lingering shoulder issue. Every once in a while I get shoulder issues that drag on for months and decided to not just wait it out this time. Maria was awesome. She asked me lots of questions about when I had pain and was able to get me back to normal. I can now have a pain free chest workout. I wish she lived in my home city because a good massage therapist, especially for a reasonable price is hard to find.
Becky is an awesome therapist. I've been seeing her for years, and she's always friendly. We talk about family and friends, and sometimes we're just quiet. Nice quiet space and comfortable rooms.
I'm a bigger guy and a truck driver had the taller masseuse she gets in there deep with her elbows and strong hands but when it came time to walk on my back she was amazing got several pops out of my neck and shoulder, and I suffer from knee and leg pain she walked on my legs found all the problem areas and like a surgeon with a morphine drip used her heels to jab in and push out the pain ended up tipping her just as much as the 1 hr massage was... my legs feel like jello and for a 6ft 6 guy of over 550lbs that takes a near miracle
Fantastic Place!! Book a Couple Massage for my mother birthday. Our massage therapists were nice and took the time to talk about what we were wanting and the areas we wanted them to work on the most. Room itself was relaxing and a welcoming environment Overall great place 10/10 will book again

the absolute best facial and massages ive ever had in 37 years. I've tried many and only Julia seems to have the quality and work ethic and natural gift to heal my muscles and back and she intuitively senses areas, her facials are also phenomenal, she goes above and beyond and is affordable. highly recommend .
I stopped by to get some work on my shoulder/neck area after a long physical day at work and I walked into a very professional level of service. Rocks were able to get deep into the tissue I needed. The level of service May (maybe that’s her name) checking to see if it was too little or needed more) was exceptional. Even the stretching of my legs to loosen my hamstrings was a good reminder to help eliminate low back pain. I’ll be revisiting no doubt. Thanks
